Love Fruits but Can’t have it Right.⁉️

I love to eat fruits but can’t have it because it spikes my blood sugar levels.
Fear of many diabetic patients seen upon dealing with them.

Why is that so⁉️
Because Fruits have carbohydrates and carbohydrates have a major impact on blood sugars.

Instead of complete elimination of fruits from diet and make our diet deficient in micronutrients ;vitamins and mineral. What can we do our best to enjoy fruits as well as to keep our blood sugars levels in required ranges.

Let’s find a way together‼

What matter’s the most⁉️
🔸️Watch portion size
🔸️Eat fruits with added protein and fats help to balanced your sugar levels as visualized in the above picture.
….
Now What to do❓
🔸️Pairing nuts, seeds (flaxseeds) and cheese with your fruits are best to keep your blood sugar levels balanced instead of munching on the fruits alone..

Photo 1:
Contain An apple
🔸️Total Carbs = 20 grams.(causes immediate spike in blood sugar levels)

Photo 2:
🔸️Contain an apple along with nuts. let’s suppose a handful of almonds.
So what almonds do:(their protein, fiber and healthy fat content minimize the carbohydrate content of an apple and in such a way this combination of fruit and nuts helps to keep your blood sugars levels in balanced range.

Hope it adds value to your life❤
